Picli – The Setup par Ange P

The Setup

This photo is essentially posted for Thornius to see that I was talking about regarding my feeders.... I'll be happy to take it down if anyone feels it's too snapshotty to be posted....

You can just barely make out the top of the tripod in the foreground and that day I had my iMac sitting out on the kitchen table to could do my coffeeing and computering whilst watching the bird action.... I guess the cats had the same idea...

That'sgreat, Ange. I have 11 feeders in my front yard. And one of the neighbor's cats used to sit on my lap as I photographed birds. Cats and Rabbits are my favorite pets. I have two rabbits right now, but NO cats.

Wow! How's my typing?! Ha.... sorry about that. I had to remove characters to stay within Picli's parameters and didn't restructure a few sentences.... oops...... Anyway... I may not be able to do it this season but next season I'll have more hummer feeders here and there and I'll sit waiting for my special shot.... I'll keep trying till then. As you can see, it's pretty shady between the lilac tree and the window but everyone feels safe and stays a long time so I like it.

Yes, it would be nice if they created a way to do private messages or if not that, a way to receive a notice when someone responds to your comment.......

YES! We COULD for sure!!! I'll get my slaptop all set up in the kitchen and lookin' at the feeders and I'll set the iMac up in there too and we can both see the birds feedin' and we can see each other TOOOOOOOOOOO and we can "coffee" together!

heya A, I was lookin at your feeder, and noticed the red. I found a recipe that is Super Duper Simple, and they can care less about the color! you're not buying it are ya? anyway.. it's 1 part regular ol Sugar and 2 parts water..you bring the water to a boil stir in sugar, lower heat and stir for about 3 minutes, let cool..and Viola!! Necter of the Hummingbird Gods! and you can store it in your fridge for a week at least! ha! lol.. Xo ~D~

Poo poo on your cam..... That is not acceptable! Tell it to buckle down and behave! Ha! And well..... Yes I'm buying the nectar but the ingredients kind of make me want to buy it because it seems to be good for them as well as tasty......
